When you are well supported, you can courageously move through the challenges of life, knowing that you have a safe place to land.

Welcome

Within the safety of our counseling sessions, I help my clients create new emotional experiences that serve as catalysts for meaningful change. My primary focus is developing a secure and trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel free to explore your inner emotional world without judgment. As you begin to feel seen, heard, and accepted by me, you will start to extend that compassion inward and transformation can unfold naturally.

Above all, I seek to help clients get in touch with themselves on a deeper level. I believe that healing most readily occurs when we engage in an ongoing reflective process of turning toward all parts of ourselves with compassion and clear eyes. When we have a strong sense of self and practice self-compassion, it becomes easier to have compassion for others. In this way, our relationship with ourselves can help us become more connected to the ones we love.

My approach to therapy centers each person in a holistic and humanistic perspective, taking their mind, body, and spirit into account. I specialize in providing telehealth mental health services for teens and adults struggling with ADHD, relationship problems, and stress and anxiety. No matter the difficulties you’re currently facing, I’m confident that I can help you unearth the strengths and resilience within to spark your innate ability to thrive.
